Support

Support is often the most overlooked area of computing. Most people simply don't have years of experience to help them understand and resolve their computer problems when they happen, and they do happen. They usually have to resort to either putting up with the problem, or contacting an expensive support agency (usually one of the main high street retailers).

SaxMad can offer you something different, something constructive.

We strive to exceed your expectations in resolving any computer problem you might have. We are more than happy to undertake assistance by phone, email or visit you at your home or office. We will try every possible route to resolve your problem, and when it is fixed, we'll tell you what we did, in easy to understand language, so that if the problem happens again, you are in a position to sort it out yourself.

Each support package is tailored to the individual customer requirements. There is no limit to how much or how little support you can get from us. You may find the occasional ad-hoc phone call or email is sufficient. Alternatively, you might find that you need regular site visits to keep your computers and networks in working order.

Contact us to discuss your support requirements and get a competitive quote for our services.
